Today we’re sharing something a little different. Not wedding related, but about love.
In the video below, artist Marina Abramovic performed a live art piece at MoMA entitled “The Artist is Present” in which she sits across from complete strangers in utter silence for one minute each.
Part way through the performance, Marina’s former lover whom she hadn’t seen in 30 years sat down across from her. What is exchanged between them is a testament to the longevity of love. Love is a powerful emotion. Even in it’s silence it can be so loud.
