Kleinfeld Canada Grand Opening

Well Canada, it’s finally here!  Toronto brides hit the bridal gown jackpot today when Manhattan retailer Kleinfeld of “Say Yes to The Dress” fame opened it’s doors to it’s first Canadian location on the 7th floor of Hudson Bay’s Queen Street flagship store. We (along with many brides across the country, we’re sure) have been eagerly counting down the days for this exciting grand opening.

With over 20,000 square feet of retail space to shop, Canadian brides certainly can’t say they’re short on options as this retail destination is filled wall to wall with designer gowns, accessories, shoes, bridal lingerie and a Maison Birks jewellery store specializing in Canadian diamond engagement and wedding rings.

Brides can find high-end designers like Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, Naeem Khan and Alberta Ferretti and can shop over 30 designers and 800 sample dresses in size 10 with some plus size options available as well.

Fitting rooms are outfitted with natural light, high ceilings, soft, white hues and dress twirling stations. Kleinfeld staff includes wedding consultants, fitters, stylists, seamstresses and a concierge. Appointments are 90 minutes and it’s recommended that you keep your group small. We’ve all seen on “Say Yes To The Dress” how stressful it can be for the bride when there are so many conflicting opinions. Appointments are a must as over 2000 brides have already booked their consultations.

Given this success we can only hope for more Canadian locations to open in the future. Good luck to the team at Kleinfeld Canada from all of us here at Brightside Films. Can’t wait to see our brides rocking some beautiful Kleinfeld gowns in the future!
